The reign of pharaons

Homepage / Africa / Egypt
In the northeast of Africa, Egypt extends into the Asian continent with the Sinai Peninsula, thus serving as a bridge between the two continents. It faces north on the Mediterranean Sea and east on the Red Sea's coral barrier and the Gulf of Suez. Here you discover famous archaeological sites and how the mysteries of the pharaohs have withstood time. You are enchanted by the Sphinx, the Pyramids that dominate the desert plains, the decorated Temples, the hieroglyphs. Thanks to holiday packages in Egypt and organized trips, you have the opportunity to visit the sacred places where the first Christian monks took refuge to escape persecution and to follow in the footsteps of Moses and his people.

Feiran Oasis "The Pearl of Sinai", a green area of about 4 km, now bordered by palm trees and vines, where Moses is said to have set up camp during the Exodus.
The Wadi El Natrun Valley Cradle of Egyptian monasticism since the 3rd century AD, it stretches beyond the desert road, from Cairo to Alexandria.
