Welcome to Tanzania!
We have landed at Kilimanjaro International Airport. We are greeted by our private driver for the transfer to the hotel.
In the evening, we will have a welcome dinner to meet our fellow travelers and our mountain guide who will accompany us along the trekking.

KILIMANJARO: MARANGU GATE – MANDARA HUT

Our Kilimanjaro trek begins!
We reach Marangu Gate (5,905 ft).
After registering at the entrance of Kilimanjaro National Park, we begin our journey towards Mandara Hut (2720 m).
We travel the famous Marangu Route, enjoying the breathtaking landscapes of Tanzania.
Breakfast, picnic lunch, and dinner included.

KILIMANJARO: MANDARA HUT – HOROMBO HUT

New day, new journey to discover Kilimanjaro!
We start from Mandara Hut, aiming to reach Horombo Hut (3720 m).
We are surrounded by a unique landscape: immersed in the rainforest and the African moorland.
Breakfast, picnic lunch, and dinner included.

KILIMANJARO: HOROMBO HUT – KIBO HUT

Another day of walking.
We start from Horombo Hut heading towards Kibo Hut (4704 m).
The landscape changes compared to the previous destination: we move from the moorland to the high mountain desert.
Breakfast, picnic lunch, and dinner included.

KILIMANJARO: KIBO HUT – UHURU PEAK – HOROMBO HUT

This morning, we leave from Kibo Hut to reach Uhuru Peak (19,341 ft).
Our goal is the highest point in Africa and one of the most coveted peaks by high mountain enthusiasts around the world.
We then descend again towards Horombo Hut (3720 m).
Breakfast and dinner included. Lunch not provided.

KILIMANJARO: HOROMBO HUT – MARANGU GATE

Last day of trekking on Kilimanjaro!
Impossible to get tired with such a view.
We continue our descent to Marangu Gate, exit the National Park and return to the city.
Breakfast and dinner included. Lunch not provided.

LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

This morning we are heading to the Lake Manyara National Park for our first day of safari.
The park is inhabited by a variety of animal species: elephants, giraffes, leopards, zebras, hippos, and many others. Not least, the tree-climbing lions that are the park's main attraction.
There are also numerous species of birds, among which the flamingos stand out as migratory.
Breakfast and dinner included. Lunch not provided.

TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

We spend this second day of safari discovering the Tarangire National Park.
The park is particularly famous for its wide presence of elephants and baobab trees. There are also zebras, giraffes, gazelles, monkeys, and other animal species including predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
We are in for a day marked by the wildest nature, among rivers and swamps.
Breakfast and dinner included. Lunch not provided.

SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Today traveling towards Serengeti!
We cross the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where we stop for a picnic, before reaching the Serengeti National Park through which we enter via the Naabi Gate.
The park is famous for the great migrations of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles. A new day on safari, in search of elephants, impalas, lions, and buffaloes until sunset.
Breakfast, picnic lunch, and dinner included.

Ngorongoro Crater with animals

NGORONGORO

Wake up early to witness the predators' hunt at dawn: lions, leopards, and cheetahs in action, in pursuit of zebras, wildebeests, and other herbivorous species. We closely study the moves of this wild animal dance.
After a rejuvenating brunch, we set off again towards Ngorongoro, our last stop of the day.
Brunch and dinner included.

GOODBYE TANZANIA

This morning we set off for the Ngorongoro Crater, the eighth natural wonder of the world. Here live well over 120 species of mammals, among which are the famous Big Five.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a sought-after destination for safari enthusiasts: relax aboard your open-roof vehicle and get ready to capture the essence of Africa. Black rhinos, zebras, antelopes, lions, leopards, hyenas, and many more.
After a picnic on the banks of the hippo pool, we are ready to say goodbye to the park and, unfortunately, to Africa as well. We have a transfer heading to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for our return home: we bid farewell to our travel companions and our guide.
Goodbye Tanzania!
Breakfast, picnic lunch, and dinner included. It is recommended to book a flight departing after 8:00 PM to participate in today's safari.
