day 1

reykjavik

REYKJAVIK

We welcome you to Iceland! Our meeting point will be directly at a cozy guesthouse in Reykjavík. After check-in, you will have some free time to start discovering the world's northernmost capital. We invite you to dive into the exploration of this fascinating city.
Meals not included. Airport transfer not included. It is possible to leave luggage at the hotel before check-in.

day 2

golden circle

GOLDEN CIRCLE – HVOLSVOLLUR

250 km / 3-4 h
Let's start our tour in Iceland with an early morning visit following the route of the Golden Circle towards the Thingvellir National Park, home of the first Icelandic parliament. We admire the Silfra fissure, a grand water ridge that majestically stretches across the landscape, and then we head towards the Geysers area where some can reach heights of over 30 meters! We are enchanted by the immense beauty of the Gullfoss waterfall on the Hvita river with the subsequent chance to stop at the Secret Lagoon, a natural hot pool. In the evening, we head towards a sustainable guesthouse that will give us the opportunity to contribute firsthand to the project of combating soil erosion and reducing carbon dioxide by planting trees!
Breakfast included. Transfers included. Excursions included, optional activities not included.

day 3

Skogafoss waterfall

MYRDALSJOKULL – SOUTH COAST – REYNIVELLIR

300 km / 4-5 h
The third day begins with a visit to the Skógafoss waterfall, one of the largest waterfalls in Iceland. We continue along the southern coast of Iceland to admire other renowned natural wonders of the country: Myrdalsjokull, one of the largest ice caps in Europe, Katla, an active volcano with the option to participate in an optional excursion on the glacier tongue. A beautiful alternative to the glacier excursion is the one to the Skogafoss waterfall or a visit to the folk museum of Skogar. During the journey, we can admire the Laki Lava fields, spot bird colonies on the promontory of Dyrholaey, and also marvel at the incredible rock formations of Reynisdrangar and its black sand beach, Reynisfjara. We continue to the overnight stay in the countryside near Reynivellir.
Meals not included. Transfers included. Excursions included, optional activities not included.

day 4

Jokulsarlon glacier.

JOKULSARLON – VIK – REYKJAVIK

450 km / 6-7 h
This morning we dedicate ourselves to an excursion towards the Jokulsarlon ice lagoon. We can choose to enjoy a splendid cruise among the icebergs or to take a walk along the shore up to Diamond Beach. We have lunch at Vik, a quaint little village nestled among the cliffs at the southernmost point of Iceland. On our return trip to Reykjavik, we make a brief stop at Seljalandsfoss and once we reach our destination we can admire the old harbor, the city center and the church of Hallgrimskirkja. For the free evening, we highly recommend stopping at the most famous hot dog stand in Reykjavik, Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur, on the main square or, alternatively, at one of the many bars in the city that serve Icelandic craft beers.
Meals not included. Transfers included. Excursions included, optional activities not included.
