Our adventure continues in Pistoia, nestled halfway between Florence and Lucca. It's a city that comes alive with events like the Giostra dell’Orso and the Pistoia Blues Festival. We'll end our day with an overnight stay in either Montecarlo or Pistoia.

We'll also explore the octagonal Baptistery dedicated to San Giovanni, Florence's patron saint, and the Palazzo Medici-Riccardi, the first palace of the early Renaissance in Florence. For lunch, we'll savor authentic Italian pizza paired with beer and ice cream at a charming restaurant in the heart of Florence.
