In the afternoon we move to Noto, the capital of Sicilian Baroque, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We stroll through the streets of the center and visit Palazzo Nicolaci Villadorata, a noble residence that enchants art enthusiasts and others alike. Free time for one last walk before heading to Ragusa which hosts us for the night.

Temple of Agrigento

RAGUSA IBLA – MODICA – PIAZZA ARMERINA – AGRIGENTO

Our morning begins with a visit to the historic Ragusa Ibla, among churches and gardens. Did you know that there are 44 Italian UNESCO World Heritage sites in Ragusa?
We continue our tour of Sicily in Modica, which we visit. We can't resist stopping at one of the most renowned chocolate shops of the Iblean town: Sabadì. We then take a step back in time at the Palazzo Castro Polara Grimaldi and return to the present with a tasting in the gardens of San Giorgio.
In the afternoon we explore Piazza Armerina: the must-see is the magnificent Villa Romana del Casale which leaves us speechless right from its grand entrance. After the visit, we head towards Agrigento which hosts us for the night.
Breakfast, lunch, tasting, and dinner included. Transfers included. Excursions included; entrance to monuments not included.

day 4

Marsala salt pans

AGRIGENTO – MARSALA – PALERMO

Yes, that day has arrived. This morning we visit the famous Valley of the Temples, a World Heritage Site that preserves the remains of the ancient Akragas, among which stand out the Temple of Juno, the Temple of Concordia, and the Temple of Hercules.
We continue our journey to Marsala: let's stroll through the streets of the historic center before heading to Cantine Florio for a tour among the wine cellars and a tasting of local wines.
We travel along the famous Salt Road with views of the Stagnone islands and the salt pans, a nature reserve that is home to one of the world's oldest salt extraction industries. In the evening, we reach Palermo which hosts us for the night.
Breakfast and lunch included, dinner not provided. Transfers included. Excursions included; entrance to monuments not included.

day 5

Monreale

MONREALE – PALERMO

New day, a new Sicilian stage to discover. This morning we explore Monreale: the Arab-Norman cathedral, known as the eighth wonder of the world, and its cloister are not to be missed.
The next stop is Palermo: the cathedral, the Martorana church, the Palatine Chapel are just some of the attractions we encounter on our journey to discover the capital of Sicily. Our exploration can only be interrupted by a culinary surprise at the ancient focacceria San Francesco. We finish our walking tour by reaching the Massimo theater and the fountain of Piazza Pretoria.
