Discovering Morocco

We will arrive at the Agadir airport, where we will be welcomed and taken to the hotel. After check-in, there will be dinner. If the arrival time allows, we may take an optional city tour.

Today, we're setting off for Essaouira to meet up with the group coming from Marrakech. We'll explore Essaouira, once a hippie capital and now a vibrant seaside hub, renowned for its well-preserved medina and fortification. After an optional fish-based lunch, we'll continue along the Atlantic coast towards Casablanca, stopping by Oualidia and taking a brief tour of El Jadida. We'll arrive in Casablanca in time for dinner and overnight stay.

An enchanting exploration of the country's economic capital awaits you: together we will discover the Habous district, admire the Royal Palace, visit Mohamed V Square, the Anfa residential area, and the exterior of the famous Hassan II Mosque. From here, we will head towards Meknes. We will explore this imperial city, known for its extensive walls, the imposing Bab Mansour gate, the royal stables, and the Jewish quarter. Our journey will continue towards Volubilis, where we will visit the ancient Roman archaeological site and, along the way, we will make a panoramic stop to admire the holy city of Moulay Driss. Finally, we will reach Fez where we will spend the night.

We will dedicate an entire day to exploring the spiritual and intellectual capital of Morocco: the enchanting Medina and its lively souk, the imposing Royal Palace, the evocative Nejjarine fountain, the fascinating exterior of the Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and the historic Medersa Attarine or Bou Anania Quranic school, not forgetting the exterior of the Karaouyne Mosque. You will have the option to have lunch in an authentic traditional restaurant in the Medina. In the afternoon, we will continue our tour, which will conclude with a delicious dinner at the hotel and an overnight stay.

This morning we will depart for Rabat, where we will visit the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, and the Hassan Tower. After an optional fish lunch, we will head towards Marrakech. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

We will spend the entire day visiting Marrakech, with a tour that includes the Menara Gardens, the Bahia Palace, and other points of interest. After lunch at the hotel, we will explore the souks and the Djemaa El Fna square. Optional dinner with traditional show and overnight stay at the hotel.

We will start our journey towards Ait Ben Haddou, crossing the scenic Tizi N'tichka pass, which is located at an altitude of 2260 meters. We will have the opportunity to visit the famous Kasbah, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which has been the set for numerous successful films such as Lawrence of Arabia, Troy, Gladiator, Game of Thrones. We will continue our journey towards Boumalne, passing through Ouarzazate and Kalaa Mgouna, where we will spend the night.

Departure for Erfoud passing through to visit the magnificent Todra canyons, where the rocks reach an altitude of 250 meters. Optional lunch at a local restaurant near the canyons. We will arrive in Erfoud in the afternoon and will depart by off-road vehicle for the Merzouga dunes. Return to the hotel in Erfoud for dinner and overnight stay. Those who wish may participate in optional activities such as a camel ride through the Merzouga dunes and return to the hotel or a camel ride through the Merzouga dunes, dinner, and overnight stay in a tent.

We begin our journey towards Ouarzazate, crossing the enchanting oasis of Tinjdad and the picturesque Dades Valley. We will have the opportunity to stop at Tinghir for an optional lunch. We continue our journey towards Ouarzazate along the road of 1000 Kasbahs, passing through Kalaat M'Gouna and the Skoura Valley. Upon our arrival in Ouarzazate, we will make a short visit to the city. The day ends with a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at a hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to the Agadir airport, departing to conclude our journey.
